We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required
2. Damaged Items (Important)
Please inspect your order within 5 days of delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within this period with clear photo or video evidence.
To help us resolve your claim more efficiently, we strongly recommend recording an unboxing video that shows:
- The package before opening
- The full unboxing process
- The condition of the item upon arrival
⚠️ Important Notice
Claims for damage must be supported by reasonable evidence. Incomplete or unclear documentation may affect the outcome of the claim.
This policy is designed to protect both our customers and our handcrafted pieces from misuse or fraudulent claims.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or personalized products
- Blind box items (due to their random nature)
- Items with slight variations in color, texture, or form due to the handmade process
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be defective or damaged upon arrival.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
